All customer service, order, and product questions are handled by BuildASign. BuildASign and The UPS Store, Inc. are independent contractors. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship via ground service within the continental U.S., which is included at no extra cost (with some exceptions). Delivery times generally range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location, the size of your order, and what products you purchased.
If you need your order faster, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. Please note: deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not included in free ground shipping and will incur additional fees, even on standard shipping methods.
Unforeseen delays, such as inclement weather or carrier disruptions, may occasionally impact delivery times.
Delivery Method
All orders ship via UPS ground service by default, unless a customer selects an expedited method at checkout. On www.upsstoreprint.com, we ship exclusively through the UPS carrier network.
We only ship to a valid street address and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and order reference number. Use them to check your shipment status and estimated delivery date.
