When should I order and send out invitations?
The right timing depends on the type of event. To be safe, add an extra week or two for printing, shipping, and assembling your invitations. Here’s a quick reference:
- Save-the-dates: 6–12 months before
- Weddings: 6–8 weeks before
- Showers and graduations: 4–6 weeks before
- Holidays/New Year’s: about 4 weeks before
- Birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings: 2–4 weeks before
Do invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, these do come with the option of adding white envelopes, but we also offer premium colored envelopes, just go to our Colored Envelopes page for more details.
If I choose a folded card, will my cards come already folded?
No. When you order folded cards, they will arrive flat with a score in the center, making it easy for you to fold them on your own.
