Mesh Banners

Product Overview

Mesh banners are designed for outdoor use in windy conditions. Made from approximately 9 oz vinyl mesh with interwoven fibers, about 70% of the surface is solid vinyl for printing and the remaining 30% consists of tiny perforations. These holes are nearly invisible from a few feet away but allow wind to flow through, reducing tension and preventing tears. Despite the perforations, your graphics remain bright and bold thanks to our high-quality print process on the dense mesh surface.

• Weather-resistant Mesh: Crafted from high-quality PVC-coated polyester mesh that resists water, wind, and fading. UV-resistant inks ensure your design stays sharp and colorful even under direct sunlight or rain.
• Wind-Resistant Design: Thousands of micro-holes allow air to pass through easily, minimizing strain and preventing rips. Ideal for fences, scaffolding, parade barriers, and outdoor stages where strong gusts are common.
• Vibrant Full-Color Printing: Even with perforation, the 70% print surface area maintains excellent color saturation and visibility. Your artwork stays legible and eye-catching both up close and from a distance.
• Reinforced Edges & Easy Hanging: All mesh banners include reinforced edges (welded on the top and bottom). You can also choose to add metal grommets for added strength and simple installation.
• Grommet Options: Choose "Grommets Every 2ft" to have grommets placed out every 2ft of your banner, or choose "Standard Grommets" for our standard placement for each size below:
